To everyone that attended, I had a great time with you this holiday weekend. Anyone that didn’t attend. You missed out!
Feature action early in the race found #37 Brunson Behning Challenging the #16 Kansas driver Nate Flemming for the early lead in the race. #11B Ben wood would Work the extreme top of the track for several laps before giving up on the high side and returning to the bottom. The track provided opportunity for multiple slide jobs per lap from front to back. Behning would fall back to third after a long circuit as Austin Quick would find his #28 in position to challenge. A Series of back and forth slide jobs between the 11C of Wade Huisman and the #29 of Skyler Wissman would find a battle of plastic vs. aluminum as Huisman came out the victor and Skyler retired to the infield. With one final restart to go Quick would give his #28 all he had only to have Nate Flemming hold his ground and secure the first ever Miniakota Triple crown Victory. We thank all the competitors for attending this event and making it possible. We apologize for the rain and appreciate the guys that stuck it out and didn’t head home. It was a wet but fun weekend.

Saturday
Saturday’s cancelation at Worthington speedway gave us the opportunity to prep & race the Legendary Big dog speedway. The track was super heavy a little hard to pass but still made for some great laps. This was a no points event but we had allot of fun. Brunson Behning would lead the entire 20 lap circuit. We appreciate everyone that came out to run.
